This is strictly for the authors who have submitted articles to the book. This is only a request made by the authors to purchase up to 100 books through the course of December 2017 at a discounted author rate.

This offer is ONLY valid for contributing authors of the book! If you are not a contributing author, please do not fill out and submit this form! Any submissions not made by contributing authors will be discarded and ignored. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE! The orders will be filled in a best effort manner to meet time frames. The EMP SIG officers will determine when a large enough quantity of books has been requested that can justify publication to obtain the discounted rate. Small orders will need to wait until multiple small orders or a single large order comes in, in order to be filled. Thank you for your understanding.
